The technical details for the stage of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 have been revealed.
In tender documents from RTVE, the technical details for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020 have been released. The dimensions in the tender document require:
- A curved LED screen of 4.5m high and 13.6m wide
- A floor LED screen of 2.9 and 5.5 radius
- A spherical 1 meter large LED
The stage is set to be installed at the Prado del Ray Studios on the 19th of October. Rehearsals will then take place that evening with Solea recording her performance for the contest the next day. The recording takes place over a month before the broadcast.
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest takes place on November 29. Thirteen countries are competing in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2020. They are:
- Germany – debuting nation
- Poland – host nation
This years contest will see the participants perform from a studio in their home country, with all performances being pre-recorded for the broadcast. The show will then be hosted live from Warsaw, with interval acts performing live from the studio in Poland.
