The Bulgarian broadcaster BNT will be showcasing all of the forty-one songs that were due to compete in Eurovision 2020.
BNT will be showing all of the music videos for the forty-one songs that were due to be competing in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020. The songs will be presented as part of Kultura.BG which is broadcast every weekday morning. BNT is one of a number of broadcasters across Europe attempting to showcase the Eurovision 2020 entries to their domestic audience.
Victoria was due to represent Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam with “Tears Getting Sober”. BNT have already confirmed that Victoria will represent Bulgaria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021.
At the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest, 17-year-old Kristian Kostov finished in second place in the Grand Final, bringing Bulgaria their best ever result. 2017 saw Bulgaria make only their third final in their Eurovision history, the first being in 2007 when Elitsa & Stoyan finished 5th with the song “Water”. Bulgaria debuted in the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine in 2005. The country competed annually from 2005 to 2013, before withdrawing for two years due to financial issues.
