Speaking ahead of his performance at Junior Eurovision 2019, Yerzhan Maksim has revealed where he wishes to perform in the show.
At a press conference organised for Yerzhan Maksim’s participation in Junior Eurovision, the young singer revealed where he hopes to perform in the final next week. He told the assembled press that he hopes that he will be the sixth act to take to the stage in the final.
I will be glad if I have to perform in position number 6. This is my lucky number.
As previously announced, Yerzhan will be joined by four dancers on stage, each of whom have had a dress designed in a national theme for the performance. Yerzhan will perform “Armanyńnan qalma” on stage in Gliwice-SIlesia for Kazakhstan.
Who is Yerzhan Maxim?
Twelve year old Yerzhan Maxim is from Oral, Kazakhstan. Yerzhan began singing at five years old, but began taking music classes in 2012. Since then, he has taken part in many national and international competitions such as Slavianski Bazaar, Sanremo Junior Festival, and The Voice Kids Russia where he was a finalist earlier this year. The singer attempted to represent his country at last year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest on their debut, but finished third in their national final selection show.
