The winner of Chwilio am Seren will sing “Calon yn Curo” for Wales at this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Prior to the final of Wales’ Junior Eurovision selection show, Chwilio am Seren, the title of their entry and the composers have been revealed. “Calon yn Curo”, which translates to “Heart Beating”, is composed by Sylvia Strand, Ed Holden, and John Gregory (who represented Cyprus at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest).
The six finalists will perform in next week’s final on September 24. The show will be broadcast live from Venue Cymru in Llandudno. The finalists are:

- Cerys
- Erin
- Y Minis
- Carys
- Mackenzie & Rhiannon
The winner will be selected by a combination of industry expert voting and an audience vote. Wales made their debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest last year in Belarus.

They finished 20th in the final, scoring all of their 28 points from the online vote. Wales scored 0 points from the juries in each of the competing countries, alongside Portugal.
