Charlie McGettigan has been named as the guest juror for the fourth and final heat of Junior Eurovision Éire 2019.
Winner of the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, Charlie McGettigan will be the guest juror for this weekends final heat in the Irish selection process for Junior Eurovision 2019. Charlie who performed “Rock and roll Kids” alongside Paul Harrington, will be helping to determine the final two qualifiers in heat four.
Gráinne Bleasdale will return to the jury for the second year. Replacing Fiachna Ó Braonáin, who had previously been on the jury since 2016, was RTÉ 2fm presenter Chris Greene. Gráinne and Chris will be joined by a guest judge each week, all of whom have previously represented Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest. Mícheál Ó Ciarraidh will once again be backstage to interview the contestants.
The acts competing in the final heat of Junior Eurovision Éire are expected to be revealed by TG4 tomorrow.
