The six finalists of Chwilio Am Seren 2019, the Welsh national selection for Junior Eurovision, have been revealed.
In this week’s episode, the twelve semi-finalists performed at the Quadrant Shopping Centre in Swansea. Afterwards, the judging panel, which consists of Connie Fisher, Lloyd Macey and Tara Bethan, chose six acts to progress to the live final.

The six finalists will now perform in next week’s final on September 24. The show will be broadcast live from Venue Cymru in Llandudno. The winner will be selected by a combination of industry expert voting and an audience vote. Wales made their debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest last year in Belarus.

Wales made their debut in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest last year in Belarus. Wales was represented by Manw and the song “Perta” on stage in Minsk, Belarus. They finished 20th in the final, scoring all of their 28 points from the online vote. Wales scored 0 points from the juries in each of the competing countries, alongside Portugal.
