Alba, the Scottish entrants at Eurovision Choir, are set to perform in a unique tartan for the finals of the contest on Saturday evening.
The male members of Alba will be wearing ‘Euro Alba’ tartan kilts on stage at Eurovision Choir. The tartan has been specially commissioned for the Scottish participants and was designed by The House of Edgar.
The colours of the Tartan link back to the colours associated with Scotland. According to the designers of the Tartan:
The base shade is blue as a nod to the long-established identity of the country, with additions of deep purples and ruby reds to capture the country’s rich flora and fauna. Finally, there are fun splashes of orange to provide a joyful and more contemporary twist.
