Austria, Moldova and Romania have seen their qualification odds improve today following their first rehearsals in Tel Aviv.
While still outside of the ten songs predicted to qualify come May 16, Austria, Moldova and Romania have all seen the bookmakers opinions improve during the past day. The nations took to the stage for the first time today alongside the first half of Semi-Final Two.
Austria is today’s big mover having previously sat as 17th favourite to make the Grand Final. Austria is now 15th with the bookmakers, but is a long outside shot of making the final, with a 22% chance of qualifying.
In contrast Armenia and Latvia both fell down the odds during today. Armenia has slipped back from 7th to 8th favourite, with a 68% chance of making the Grand Final. While Latvia is now 17th with a 17% chance of qualifying. Ireland languishes at the bottom with a 14% qualification chance.
The current odds according to Eurovision World are as follows:

- Netherlands – 91% (-1%)
- Russia – 92% (-1%)
- Switzerland – 89%
- Azerbaijan – 82% (+2%)
- Malta – 77%
- Norway – 70% (+1 place, -1%)
- Armenia – 68% (-1 place, -2%)
- North Macedonia – 64% (+3%)
- Denmark – 56%
- Albania – 47% (-3%)
- Romania – 44% (+2%)
- Lithuania – 35% (-3%)
- Moldova – 25% (+4%)
- Austria – 22% (+2 places, +5%)
- Croatia – 18%
- Latvia – 19% (-2 places, -2%)
- Ireland – 14% (-1%)
In terms of winning on the Saturday night, the top ten remains stable with no change. Only at the bottom end of the odds have any of today’s performers seen a change to their odds:
- Ireland – 28th – Improved 2 places despite being least likely to make the Grand Final
- Austria – 34th – The nation has recovered back to 34th having started today in 36th
- Moldova – 36th – Moved from 38th to 36th, the highest Moldova has been in the odds since the middle of March
