The Grand Final of the 64th Eurovision Song Contest will take place on May 18th at the Expo Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv, Israel. Forty-one artists will take to the stage over three nights to perform their contributions for the contest, fighting to become the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019.
Over the next week, all of the artists will have the chance to rehearse on stage and make any last minute changes to their performance before the live broadcasts. Today, nine countries will rehearse for the first time.

12:10 CET // Live coverage of the Eurovision Song Contest first rehearsals comences in 30 minutes time.
Slovenia: Zala Kralj & Gasper Santl – “Sebi”
12:36 CET // Slovenia has just begun. The staging is the same as EMA.
12:42 CET // The background features a starry sky and galaxies.
12:45 CET // The performance makes use of wide sweeping shots of the stage.
12:50 CET // Third and final run through for Slovenia.
12:55 CET // Zala and Gašper look at each for the entire performance. They have had a solid performance each time.
13:03 CET // Fourth run through completed. No major changes between run throughs.
Montengero: D mol – Heaven
13:17 CET // The members start spread all over the stage dressed in white.
13:19 CET // Everyone comes to centre stage for the chorus.
13:20 CET // No real use of LED’s to enhance the performance.
13:21 CET // The camera angles also seem to be off.
13: 28 CET // Technical people are on stage pointing at whoever is singing. It seems that the cameras are having difficulty knowing which member to focusing on at a given time.
13:32 CET // The performance ends with Mirela pretending to fall and being caught by the other members.
13:34 CET // Third run through on now. The performance is very focused on the members and their harmonies.
13:36 CET // The camera problems seem to have been resolved.
Hungary : Joci Pápai – Az én apám
13:50 CET // Pictures of fathers appear on the screen behind Joci.
13:52 CET // The LED’s feature gold sparkles and a giant golden tree appears on the stage underneath Joci.
13:56 CET // The staging is mostly similar to the A Dal performance. Joci is barefoot and begins the performance sitting down.
14:00 CET// The swaying camera angles have been removed from the second run through.
14:09 CET // Third run through starting now. Not much changes from the last run through.
14:11 CET // Pyrotechnics have been added for the last part of the song.
