One of Israel’s most successful singers Omer Adam, has been rumoured to be an interval act at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.
Currently, the EBU and KAN Israel are working on all aspects of the Eurovision Song Contest, including the interval acts and special guests. Many Israeli musicians have been rumoured to feature in the contest, the next being Omer Adam, a popular artist in Israel. According to MAKO and several other sources, the popstar will be making some sort of appearance at the event.
KAN informed the Israeli press that;
We are currently formulating the artistic program Eurovision Song Contest 2019 and in due time we will publish the list of artists who will take part in the contest.
Alongside Omer Adam, Netta Barzilai (Winner of Eurovision 2018) and Dana International (Winner of Eurovision 1998) will be making an appearance at the event and possibly performing. Netta is expected to perform in the first semi-final of the show as has been tradition in recent years, as well as the Grand Final.
Tel Aviv will host the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in the Expo Tel Aviv (International Convention Centre) on May 14, 16 and 18 2019. After receiving bids from several cities across Israel, the final two remaining candidate cities were Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. KAN recommended Tel Aviv to the Reference Group.
