Hora Do Lobo has revealed the proposal that it submitted to RTP for the stage for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018.
Hora Do Lobo has revealed the stage design that they submitted to RTP for the stage of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal. The stage was designed by Anabela Santos, who has created the sets for numerous TV series in Portugal. The design incorporates Portuguese filigree, which one of the elements of Portuguese jewelry.
Of note is the proposal that Hora Do Lobo submitted to RTP features a large LED wall at the back of the stage. RTP in its guidelines for stage design, had banned the use LED screens. The filagree design would have run all the way down the left side of the arena from over the stage to the back of the green room.
The 2018 Eurovision Song Contest took place on the 8th, 10th and 12th May at the Altice Arena in Lisbon, Portugal. The contest featured 43 countries, with Israel coming out on top with “Toy”.
