Darina Krasnovetska just days after releasing a choral version of “Say Love”, has released a snippet of the choral version of her song.
Darina Krasnovetska has returned to the recording studio to perform an acoustic version of “Say Love”. Over the weekend the young Ukrainian singer performed a choral version of the song “Say Love”, receiving high praise from fans across Europe. Who is Darina Krasnovetska?
Eleven-year-old Darina Krasnovetska was born on 12th May 2007 in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. The young singer has been taking singing classes for over five years, and her other hobbies include travelling, contemporary dancing, painting, and playing the piano. Her greatest achievements in her career include participating in The Voice Kids in Ukraine, and winning the Black Sea Games two times.
In September this year, Darina and nine other artists took part in the Ukrainian Junior Eurovision selection show. In the end, Darina took the crown after the jury panel of music experts decided she would be the best candidate. She will compete this November with the song “Say Love”.
Ukraine debuted in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 and has competed in the contest ever since. To date Ukraine has only won the competition once. In 2012 Anastasiya Petryk won in Amsterdam with the song “Nebo”, she scored 138 points including eight sets of 12 points. Ukraine has hosted the contest twice, the first time being in 2009 and the second being in 2013 following their victory in Amsterdam.
