Daneliya Tuleshova has revealed her thoughts on her Junior Eurovision song.
Following her victory at the Kazakh Junior Eurovision national selection show on Saturday, Daneliya Tuleshova has shared her thoughts about her song “ำจะทiาฃะต ัะตะฝ”. Speaking with tengrinews.kz, Daneliya states:
“This song was for teenagers, because it’s at this age that they do not believe in themselves, it’s very motivational, I think it’s very important to believe, and then everything will turn out. You will also be loved by everyone.”
It has also been reported that Daneliya will sing in English, however, that is against the rules of the contest. On the run up to November, the young singer will be preparing her performance, with rumours of a slight revamp on the cards. Furthermore, the producer of the selection show, Jean Mukanov, believes that Daneliya has a great chance of winning the entire show.
Notably, Daneliya won the selection after receiving only 946 televotes in total, three times as many as the public’s second place winner, Maxim Yerzhan, who received 338 votes.
Daneliya will represent Kazakhstan at their first ever Eurovision event. Daneliya has previous experience representing her nation, having won the Peopleโs Choice Awards at the Junior New Wave contest back in 2015 in Crimea when she was 9 years old.
Kazakhstanโs participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 is being organised by Khabar Agency. Khabar has been broadcasting the Eurovision Song Contest live to viewers across Kazakhstan since 2010, with a commentary team covering the contest from Astana. Khabar has been an associate member of the European Broadcasting Agency since January 2016.

Maybe she should record a full English version for fun and a 60-80% Kazakh version for the actual contest.
Daneliya is extraordinary. So very talented and pure in her delivery. But maybe even more importantly is that she is such a well grounded little girl. That shouts out loud that she has a great family behind her. Her voice teacher has navigated her instrument exceptionally well. I’m sure that working with Monatik on The Voice Ukraine helped her a lot too. You can see his endless energy being expressed in Daneliya’s performances.
I’m an American in America, but music is the world with no borders, so I feel confident in saying……….I am proud of this beautiful and talented young lady.
