The first show in the Welsh selection process for Junior Eurovision 2018 gets underway this evening, as Chwilio am Seren airs on S4C.
Wales search for Junior Eurovision 2018 gets underway this evening, with the first episode of Chwilio am Seren airing on S4C. The show will follow the auditions process that took place earlier this summer across Wales. We will be shown the auditions from Llandudno, Aberystwyth and Cardiff.
During Chwilio am Seren, Trystan Ellis-Morris will take viewers through a colourful musical extravaganza from Wales ‘most talented children. In the series, the children will face a panel of mentors – Connie Fisher, Stifyn Parri and Tara Bethan.
Their challenge will be to select 20 of the performers to move on to the mentoring process. They will then have to choose the best six to compete in the live final in Llandudno on Tuesday, 9 October. During the live final on 9 October, the public will be able to vote for their favourite to represent Wales in Minsk.
Viewers in the United Kingdom will be able to watch the show live on S4C, or via the BBC iPlayer website. International viewers will not be able to watch the show due to geoblock. You can watch the show live from 21:00 CET.
