Eurovision 2018: Semi-Final Tickets Go On Sale On 30th January

Tickets for the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 go on sale on Tuesday 30th January at 11:00am CET.

Semi-Final tickets for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 go on sale on Tuesday 30th January at 11:00 am CET and are available to buy through next year’s official ticket partner, BlueTicket.pt. Available for purchase are tickets for both live Semi-Final shows, as well as the Family and Jury shows.

The tickets go on sale one day after the Semi-Final allocation draw, which determines which show the countries will be performing in. The draw will also decide which semi-final the Big Five (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom), and host country Portugal will vote in.

The Semi-Final shows are as follows:

First Semi-Final:

  • 7th May 21:00 CET – Jury Show of the First Semi-Final
  • 8th May 15:00 CET – Family Show of the First Semi-Final
  • 8th May 21:00 CET – Live Show of the First Semi-Final

Second Semi-Final:

  • 9th May 21:00 CET – Jury Show of the Second Semi-Final
  • 10th May 15:00 CET – Family Show of the Second Semi-Final
  • 10th May 21:00 CET – Live Show of the Second Semi-Final

The 63rd Eurovision Song Contest will take place in Lisbon, Portugal next year. The contest is to take place at the Altice Arena. The first semi-final will take place on 8th May, the second semi-final on 10th May, and the Grand Final will take place on 12th May. This is the first time Portugal has hosted a Eurovision event.

A total of 43 countries will take part in the 2018 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. This includes Russia, as they return to the contest after a year break. The 43 participating countries are:

The official slogan for next year’s contest is “All Aboard!”, and was chosen to represent a celebration of Europe and music. The slogan was inspired by Lisbon’s longstanding history as an important global seaport and the importance of the ocean in Portugal’s history. The ocean has connected Portugal to the rest of the world for centuries, and this connectivity is intended to invite people from across the world to come together to celebrate music and Eurovision.
