Familiar Faces To Look Out For Tonight

The reveal of the jury votes gives us a chance to catch with some familiar faces from past Eurovision Song Contests.

As ever a number of countries have opted to have their points announced by former Eurovision participants. On top of the involvement of Måns Zelmerlöw and Verka Serduchka earlier in the show, as well as Jamala and Ruslana during the intervals.

Taking the stage as performers you may recognise IMRI from Israel, he was a backing singer for Israel for the past two years. While Suntroke Project are back after seven years away, the group from Moldova are probably most well known for “Epic Sax Guy”, the saxophone player in the group. In addition, fans of Junior Eurovision may just recognise OG3NE, they represented the Netherlands at Junior Eurovision 2007 in Rotterdam.

  • Aminata – Represented Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2015, taking the country into their first final since 2008
  • Andri Xhahu – Spokesperson for Albania at Eurovision, also the Green Room host at Festivali i Kenges in 2016
  • Barbara Schöneberger – Host of the German selection process for the Eurovision Song Contest since 2014
  • Constantinos Christoforou – Represented Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest 1996, 2002 and 2005
  • Douwe Bob – Represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song “Slow Down”
  • Bo Halldorsson – Represented Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 1995
  • Iveta Mukuchyan – Represented Armenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden with the song “LoveWave”
  • Jüri Pootsmann – Represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song “Play”
  • Lee Lin Chin – Spokesperson for Australia since their debut in 2015
  • Katrina Leskanich – Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 1997
  • Nika Kocharov – Represented Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with the song “Midnight Gold”
  • Wiktoria – Participated in Melodifestivalen 2015 and 2016
  • Zlata Ognevich – Represented Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with “Gravity”, she also hosted Junior Eurovision 2013
