Fusedmarc who will be competing tonight for a place in the final, have spoken of their disappointment at last nights jury show.
The lead singer of the group hoping to take Lithuania to the final for the third successive year stated that mistakes were made during last nights performances for the juries. Issues occurred regarding the camera work in their performance as well as technical aspects of the performance. Viktorija commented that the wind machine was not turned on for the performance, and a special effect did not occur in the performance as it should have.
Lithuania was among a number of countries last night who suffered from technical issues in their performances. The Head of Delegation in Norway appealed to the European Broadcasting Union to have their performance re-run after JOWST’s mask failed to light up correctly. While the start of the jury show itself was delayed due to technical issues.
Fusedmarc are performing the song “Rain of Revolution”, they will be taking to the stage 16th in the second semi-final. They are following in the footsteps of Donny Montell who brought Lithuania to their first top ten since 2006. He ended up 9th in Stockholm with the song “Waiting For The Night”, which was their second best result in the contest since debuting in 1994.
