Changes have been made to the composition of the juries in five countries ahead of this years Eurovision Song Contest.
As announced last night Per Sundnes in Norway has been dropped from the Norwegian jury following comments he made on the Norwegian preview show. Mr Sundnes was critical of Ireland’s approach to the contest, which was viewed as impairing his ability to fairly judge this years second semi final, which includes Brendan Murray from Ireland.
The other changes are:
- Natasha Cuppit replaces Jordan Raskopoulos on the Australian jury
- In Austria Sasha Saedi has been named as the fifth jury member
- Aleksander Lavrini replaces Mistermash on the jury for Slovenia
- Jean-Marie replaces Ivan Broggini on the Swiss jury
All of the changes to the juries were confirmed at 20:20 CET last night.
