10 year old Mariam Mamadashvili has been announced as Georgia’s entrant in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016.
Mariam Mamadashvili has been selected to represent Georgia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Valletta, Malta. Mariam was selected from the singers who applied to take part in the selection process by a jury. The jury was made up of; Rusudan Bakhtadze (Vocal Coach), Nato Dumbadze (Producer), Zaza Orashvili (Director), Nika Kocharov (Singer, 2016 ESC participant ), Lizi Pop (Singer, JESC participant).
The song that Mariam will be performing will be written by Giorgi Kukhianidze. Giorgi Kukhianidze has written and composed the Junior Eurovision entries for Georgia since 2008. The song will be revealed in the near future.
