TRM the national broadcaster of Moldova has confirmed that they have no plans to participate in Junior Eurovision 2016.

Moldova will not be competing in the 14th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta. Moldova last participated in the 2013 contest in Kyiv, Ukraine where Rafael Bobeica finished in 11th place with 41 points. Moldova participated in four contests from 2010 to 2013, with their best result being a 6th place in 2011.

To date 9 countries have confirmed their participation in the contest.

      1. No, I do not hate any country. 🙂 Just not feeling angry or sad cause of their descision. I really don’t care about the JESC anymore, only past editions.
