Finland: 2012 Final Jury Voting Revealed

The Jury Vote Is Not Too Suprising

YLE the National Broadcaster of Finland have revealed today how the Finnish jury voted in the Grand Final just over a week and a half ago. Let’s have a look:

  • Sweden – 12
  • Estonia – 10
  • Denmark – 8
  • Spain – 7
  • Russia – 6
  • Iceland – 5
  • France – 4
  • Germany – 3
  • Albania – 2
  • Norway – 1

Now let’s see what happens when it was combined with the Finnish televote:

  • Sweden – 12
  • Estonia – 10
  • Russia – 8
  • Iceland – 7
  • Albania – 6
  • Denmark – 5
  • Ireland – 4
  • Spain – 3
  • Serbia – 2
  • Germany – 1

So the public preferred Russia and Albania more than the jury giving them a total of 8 and 6 points when combined with the jury vote. Ireland is the only country to get into the points through just televote.
